This house was perfect for our extended family of nine! Beautiful home with lovely amenities including a rooftop space we enjoyed in the evenings. Also, a safe easy walk to beach access and pier! We hope to stay here on further Kure Beach vacations!

Kure Beach Trip

This was our first time at Kure Beach and we loved this area! Very relaxing stay with an aquarium visit, shelling and getting to spend some time with our UNCW student!

Perfect beach getaway

Had such an amazing time this past Memorial Weekend. It was the perfect beach home getaway for our family. Everything was in walking distance. Absolutely loved the roof top. We will definitely be coming back with our family again.

Amazing beach condo!

This property was an excellent find for our family! We have stayed in over a dozen different beach homes and this was by far the nicest interior we have ever stayed at. Fully stocked kitchen of all pots/pans/utensils. The view from the rooftop is amazing! Access to beach chairs, boogie boards, and other various beach accessories available along with the 1 car garage. Such a quiet and calm area. Easy access and short walk to the beach. This was certainly worth the value we paid for our stay. Already talking about coming back again!

Aside from the weather (a bit rainy) we had a great trip! Home was clean, a perfect home for our three families, no issues and when I did have to contact CBR before the trip they were very helpful. The outdoor shower was broken when we arrived and it was fixed quickly.

Beautiful Townhouse

This place is absolutely beautiful! It is in a great location, easy walk to the beach, and of course plenty of room for family. You can’t beat the views from the top balcony. We will be staying here again.

Beautiful place

Accepted offer to pay extra $250 to check in a few hours early. Arrived to find strange car in driveway. Waited until, finally, some kid came out and said he was there to inspect, and it appeared place hadn’t been cleaned yet. Waited again while he went back inside, then came out and said all was good. Not a major deal, but you’d think that after paying an extra $250 fee, they’d have the place ready. Had a great time during our stay. The place appeared very clean, though we did kill five or six cockroaches crawling across the floor during our three days there. One more thing. As we were carrying things to our car, getting ready to leave, we heard what sounded like people inside, going up in the elevator. (It was about two hours before checkout time.). Next to the door downstairs, was a giant laundry bag with the property management name on it. Apparently, they had just come in (no notice, no knocking, no nothing) and headed upstairs on the elevator to clean while we were going up and down the stairs packing our car. Again, it was still a couple hours before checkout time. Aside from that one thing, we really enjoyed our stay and, despite those minor “inconveniences,” we would still recommend this place.

This property to me was amazing. The unit itself was perfect. Even better than the pictures. The rooftop ocean view was everything. Staff was very friendly when I called for assistance. Will love to book again very soon.
