“Small hotel near Chidambaram town. Mostly run by female staff which is very commendable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were old with geyser for hot water and limited shower facilities and use of bucket and tumbler for having a shower. Reason we stayed here as we wanted to visit Chidambaram Chilli Nataraja temple and had to stay for 1 night. Probably wouldn't stay more than a night.”

“Breakfast was good. They seem terribly short staffed. So there is a loooong wait before you’re served. I feel staff is exhausted too with little or no down time. The same people were seen on duty all day long. Reception staff seems a little lost. For every query it’s - I’ll get back to you & No one gets back. I was surprised to see my villa not cleaned & beds not made after a 5-6 hours outing. When i asked why, i was asked back if I had asked for room cleaning! This was shocking. I have……

“Bathroom with shower. Clean room, bedding. AC strong. Fan irritating with maximum speed, unsafe. No toilet paper. ”

“Very basic place.. cockroaches around, dirty cloth, had to remind to get towels, no dustbin within the room. Only advantage was it is walkable to the main temple…. Too much money for such a basic and old place ”

“Very good, modern hotel, great location not far from the Paradise beach. This hotel is new, and although happy with the stay, the hotel needs to improve on the following: 1. No toilet paper was available. 2. No wifi. The hotel wifi did not work and the back up mobile data dongle did not work. 3. Only some of the room electric plugs worked. 4. Uber is sporadic here, drivers reluctant to accept trip 30 minutes from town. The hotel was unable to provide details of other local transport. Next……
