Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. The only thing to consider is that you’ll need a vehicle to move around since the hotel is on a stretch of road that has no walking amenities. I would highly recommend it if you need a place to rest for 3 or more guest! "
