We were very surprised to stay in a three-room apartment! We had 4 people in our party, so it was such a blessing to sleep in separate rooms and have 2 showers all to ourselves! Rooms were very clean and cozy.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was clean, indicating that the staff had done their job. However, the furniture itself showed signs of wear and tear.

Room was very clean and was set up nicely. The room and bathroom were spacious. And a big plus…there was air conditioning, which is not always easy to find in Europe. Staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

My sister and I stayed here two nights and were very impressed. Comfortable beds. Everything was very clean and the staff was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also delicious with plenty of options even towards the end of service. Would stay there again.

Room was great -- very spacious and nice balcony. The only issue was the cars drag-racing on the street below from 1 a.m. to 3 a.m.; loud music, squealing tires, roaring engines.... and the hotel was not sound-proofed enough for us to ignore it. Needless to say, we did not get a good nights rest!

The staff was wonderful!! They were very accommodating with our check-in and check-out changes. We were allowed to store our bags before check in. The breakfast was delicious! Beds were comfortable and clean. Quite room and area. Mall is a short walk. Lots of convenients there.

Very kind and helpful staff, clean large rooms as well as good location for eating and shopping, there’s no mini fridge in the standard rooms though so keep that in mind, 10/10 though:)

Everything was 5-star, including the staff and their excellent service. The only downside was the car park charge, which I found quite expensive at 20 CHF per night. Apart from that, everything was outstanding and truly deserving of a 5-star rating. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the breakfast buffet by offering a wider variety of options. Other than that, I had a great experience and would happily recommend this place.
