“We stayed at this hotel for three nights in one of the nicer rooms (with the large hot tub on the terrace). On a positive note: the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. While the staff at the hotel are all friendly and helpful they are not particularly effective (maybe not well trained)? - for example housekeeping made the beds (on the days we called to have room serviced) but didn’t replace coffee cups and coffee pods (need to call front desks). The biggest issue affecting our stay was……

“The room was really clean, the staff very helpful. The location was perfectly located across the street from the beach and it was a 10 min walk to the port for the cruise 🚢.”
