Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Linens were clean but some were a little worn. Beds are firm. Common area carpet was worn and needs replacing but room was good. Sea view was spectacular, but on busy street so street noise should be expected. If that is an issue for you, bring ear plugs. Great view with balcony, great air conditioning. Overall great. I would stay here again.
Brilliant location. Staff are so nice, and nothing is too much trouble. Pool area is on the roof with amazing views, towels are provided, pool is freezing and not sure if it gets warm enough in summer to get in. I had Breakfast every day, you need to like eggs if you want something hot. Staff are really nice and friendly. Rooms are adequate but could do with some drawers to put your underwear and tshirts in. Pillows need to be renewed, they are very lumpy and hard, I had to ask for softer ones, you can also get mattress toppers if bed is too hard for you. Cleaning staff are great, just ask and they will help if they can. Towels and bins are changed every day. Reception staff are friendly, and helpful. You can get coffee or alcohol and sitbout the front of the building and watch passersv by.
Nice location between strip and main town, awesome views to whole sea area. The location is great between old harbour, town, bazaar and new marina so plenty of options for dining.
The room was a bit small for 3 but we went slightly cheaper knowing we'd eat out all the time. Breakfast was acceptable and burgers etc are good at the pool but we didn't eat in the main restaurant.
Pool and loungers are on the top floor with even better views.
Buses stop right outside so travel to other beaches and areas is very easy and the hotel staff will let you know what bus numbers etc.
Beds were a bit hard but you can get a mattress topper if you ask (we only found this out when leaving).
Staff are friendly as are most people in the town, enjoy x
Public areas, pool, terraces and dining areas were clean and modern looking. Staff were nice except for the receptionist on the first day checking in. He was grumpy and indifferent. Room was awful. We booked a triple room, but girly a standard room with a camp bed squeezed in. Very cramped. Decor was old and in disrepair. Bedside lampshades broken and stained. Curtains stained and the old carpet had a musty smell. Location was great but would not recommend for a family and certainly not 4 star accommodation.
We requested a twin bed room and they offered us a full bed instead. After arguing with them, they were able to give us the correct one. Rooms are very small and carpet very dusty. We had to change hotels because we could not sleep because of allergies. Staff was not friendly except the one that was at reception. Breakfast was ok
We have stayed here before, semi post pandemic, nice to come back, everything about the hotel is really good, including fantastic pool on the roof with views over the sea and cruise terminal in Kusadasi and city. Possible could do as a further plus would be to have tea and coffee facilities available in the room
The location of the hotel was very good- in the centre and next to the sea. It was near bars and cafes- and the main shopping area. It has 4 stars but I would rate it 3 for the following reasons:
1. The pool was tiny- it's on the terrace on the roof and obviously felt very crowded
2. There was a fitness centre which was well equipped. Would have benefited from A/C
3. The breakfast was Turkish- but with good variety-
4. There was only a few spaces for parking in front of the hotel. In the whole week I stayed there, I could only find a parking space once. The rest of the time I had to go to a privately owned car park. Fortunately it wasn't too expensive (£3 for 24 hours)
5. The rooms were adequate - clean with working A/C and a balcony. However, the beds were a bit hard. Tea making facilities would have been nice. They didn't provide glasses
6. All staff were very nice and helpful.
I stayed on the 5th floor until 12th of July.
Positives: Cira at reception desk was always friendly, smiley, helpful and professional.
The internet was flawless and fast. Central location. Pool bar staff were great. Great view from pooldeck and balcony. It had a nice equipped gym but the gym is not clean at all and the Aircon didn't work in the gym.
Negatives: Mattress as hard as a rock, even floor would be more comfortable. The housekeeping lady was moody when I had to physically show her my linen was not clean and needed to be changed after she insisted she changed it (heavy stains on the "clean bedsheet" after I showed her she agreed to change it but with a bad attitude.
The balcony has no divider and no privacy so all your neighbors can see each other.
Overall I won't stay here again and won't recommend it especially if you like a comfortable bed then this is not the place for you.
