Gultepe Apartments, where I spent 10 nights, is a hidden gem. It is owned, managed and operated by three friendly, helpful, and pleasant brothers, who speak English and German. One of them stays there overnight in a private unit, so it is very safe. They accommodated my specific requests (such as airport pickup/drop off, tour and other local info; exchanging Euros – better rates than nearby; laundry; late departure), and prepared delicious daily breakfasts with coffee/tea. There are 10 units in two buildings. My well-lit upper floor unit had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and entrance, and included a spacious living room with a large wardrobe, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Sheets and towels were replaced every few days or upon request. There are fruit trees, flowers, and a small garden. The dinners that I had there (chicken filet with greens; fish and chips) were well prepared and delicious. There is a bar area near the pool, and alcoholic and other beverages are reasonably priced. The property is only a few minutes walk to Ladies Beach and the promenade along the sea with its restaurants, bars, stores, etc… Carrefour, BIM and small food and other stores are close by. Shared mini-buses (Dolmus) can be accessed a few minutes walk toward the main road; taxis at one end of the beach or by request.

Great stay

One of our best experiences in the 3 weeks we have been in turkey. The three brothers treat you like family and are quick.to assist with tips and information. The accommodation is neat and always clean, the swimming pool is a big plus for anyone staying there. Breakfast was large and well prepared. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to any couple or family. Well ran establishment

The brothers running it are great friendly location very handy to the beach, supermarkets & restaurants. There was an issue with hot water running out early in the mornings. Also in our room the bathroom sink tap didn’t work so we need to was our hands in the kitchen sink. Otherwise great stay. Would stay again.

Worth the visit!

We stayed for 9 days and it was one of the best holidays we've ever had! The 3 brothers, Mehmet, Mete and Oktay are amazing. This is not a huge place but the apartments and pool/bar area are spotlessly clean, the sheets/towels changed often and there are plenty of beds and umbrellas for basking in the sun. Breakfast is tasty and varied and the bar and snacks/meals are available all day and are reasonably priced. Proper homemade chips! Ladies Beach is a 5 min walk, lovely restaurants and shopping. The Dolmus is near for the town centre or a taxi in or out is only €2/3. Mehmet checks the exchange rate daily so we changed our sterling/euro with him when we needed it. Can't thank Mehmet, Mete and Oktay enough for making our stay so enjoyable and fun. They are so friendly, kind and helpful it's no wonder everyone adores them. L'accueil des 3 frères est formidable. L'emplacement est calme mais a deux pas des commerces et de la plage. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé avec une terasse pour manger. Jolie piscine. Petit déjeuner délicieux ! Merci ! La salle de bain est un peu minimaliste mais ça va quand il fait chaud.

Atendimento excepcional!! Irmãos nota 10, muito acolhedores e atenciosos, deram várias dicas e a troca de experiências culturais foi incrível. Só pecam um pouco na limpeza do apart e para mim falta um box para o chuveiro, mas a simpatia ofusca qq ponto negativo.

Прекрасные душевные хозяева апартаментов. Все чисто, аккуратно, дали нам пляжные полотенца для похода на знаменитый Ladies Beach. Останавливались на 4 ночи, прекрасные домашние завтраки. Ужины готовили сами. Совсем рядом магазин BIM. Очень рекомендуем

Very Welcoming

Probably the best hosts in Turkey. Three brothers run this place and they are each friendly and helpful with whatever you need. It has a nice pool and a small area for sunbathing. The apartments are close to Ladies beach and a small BIM Supermarket. Residents stay long term and are all nationalities. I couldn't recommend anywhere else in Kusadasi.

Fantastic hosts. They helped us make the most of few days here. Great advice, friendly & helpful. Breakfast was excellent each morning. Pool perfect. Older property but good value. Highly recommend.

Спокойный душевный отель.

Уже второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Привлекает хорошее соотношение цена/качество, атмосфера, которую создают Мехмет и его братья. До пляжа пешком 5 минут. Есть бесплатная парковка.Ухоженный зеленый двор, бассейн. Теперь есть и завтраки. Номер большой, еще и балкон. В номере теперь есть еще и кондиционер. Кухня на подиуме: большой холодильник, газовая плитка с двумя комфорками, посуда, сковородка, небольшая кастрюля. электрический чайник. Большие полотенца. Меняли белье и убирались в номере через день, убирали мусор каждый день. Хозяин отеля Мехмет -человек с юмором, приятный для общения. Его семья смогла создать отель с семейной атмосферой, в который хочется вернуться опять. Очень рекомендую.
