"Clean, convenient, host very hospitable and friendly"

"We were within about 10 blocks of Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen Garden - this meant the only time we actually needed to ride the bus was to and from Kanazawa Station, only 3 stops away. The rest was completely walkable with kids. The apartment was located in Kinboro- well known for the several hundred year old Samurai residences. We were within a few hundred meters of excellent dining options. One of those was Izumino, whose amazing owners stuffed us with sashimi and crab cakes and spoiled...

"大人4人、幼児2人の家族旅行で宿泊しました。何より部屋付きの温泉(室内風呂)が広くて洗い場も2つあり、大満足でした！小さい子がいると、大浴場では移動や着替えに気を遣うこともありますが、こちらはお家のように過ごせて気軽に温泉に入れるのが素敵でした！子どもは大きなアヒルちゃんも嬉しそうでした。洗濯機と洗剤があるのも便利です。 お夕食はレストラン「しおそう」さんで頂きました。お刺身が特に美味しく、魚介中心のメニューなのにお腹いっぱいになりよかったです！スタッフさんも丁寧な方でした。 キッチン周りは朝食(持参の食材調理)のみで使いましたが特に不便はありませんでした。次はお部屋でのお鍋や朝食セットも試してみたいところです。 地元民ですが、新しい試みのお宿が増えているのが嬉しく、今後も長く続いてくれたらいいなと思います。"

"The location was excellent, but our experience with the host left much to be desired. Communication was slow, and when we did receive a response, it wasn’t helpful. The door lock was broken, and we were unable to use the code to lock or unlock the door throughout our entire two day stay. Additionally, we didn’t receive check in instructions until nearly two hours after our scheduled check in time and this was only do the fact we reached out to VRBO virtual agent since we did not get a response...
