Very cheap budget hotel with swimming pool and restaurant including all you can eat buffet breakfast if you want for $2. Hotel is very unique heritage close to Kuta beach about 15 to 20 mins, pubs and clubs 5 min walk down the road, next to two 7/11 shops across the road and other small shops everywhere just as Bali would have no other way.

Got there late, due to flights, hotel position on a back street, we went out looking for somewhere to eat or drink, couldn't find anything. Hotel itself quite old, Breakfast was nice. But for what you pay a night, is worth it.

Property is very outdated. Bed was as hard a ls a rock and felt like it would break. Bathroom showing signs of mould and ageing. The staff were amazing and friendly.

Hotel is a very good budget hotel and extremely good value for money. It is dated but well run, clean pool with limited day beds but were always available. Rooms are clean with a balcony that overlooks the pool or are poolside. Room supplies are limited furnishings including Fridge, TV, Kettle, Soap, Towels and Toilet Paper. Rooms cleaned daily. BYO Coffee and Shampoo. Very convenient to Kuta with 5-minute walk to the beach.

Fantastic location Pool great Gardens amazing Very noisy guests didn't feel like security dealt with it Property needs an overhaul so overdue for an update eg we stayed here over 25 years ago no changes at all felt like I had gone back in time room was very smelly ( mouldy smell )
