靠近海灘,旁邊不遠便有24小時便利商店、Lippo Mall及Discovery Mall,要換匯或是臨時買個東西、打發時間都蠻方便的,實際房間比照片來得小了些許,浴室較窄連開門都要小心翼翼,早餐的炒麵跟pancake很好吃,其他尚可, 服務人員態度都蠻親切的。

完美的住宿
雖然房間不大。但是泳池,吧台,都很美很不錯 飯店人員很熱心 飯店位置機能很好。走出去就有星巴克,便利商店,spa店,都很不錯, 走路去庫塔海灘,肯德基大約15分鐘 坐計程車也才一萬印尼盾非常便宜 非常超值的價錢和品質

返家酒店
酒店设施一般,因为离机场近才选择,但是没有去机场的班车,还要自己打车前往。其实步行大概20分钟也可以到机场,就是不知道如何进入大厅。去库塔海滩和购物中心也需要步行30分钟左右。所以不是返家的话,不建议选择。

位置很好的旅館
位置很好,斜對面就是Lippo Mall(雖然這個Mall滿無聊的),走10分鐘左右會到Discovery Mall。早餐Buffet選擇多樣,味道普通。入住的那間房鏡子有點髒,整體整潔度還OK。沒有電源轉接頭和吹風機很不貼心,泳池算大,只是住在泳池旁的房間,有房客在游泳的時候會有點吵,隔音不佳。住這間旅館最令人無言的是,同時訂2間房,竟安排不同樓層,讓人很困擾。

小巧精緻、很方便的近市區飯店,缺點是wi-fi不停斷線
飛到巴里島1、2天做為休息與閒晃市區的飯店,小巧精緻、乾淨,離機場很近,但wifi一下子就會一直斷線,或需要換Id非常麻煩,無法順利利用wi-fi來找查安排旅程,希望飯店能儘快改進,我們還是願意再回去的。

Not recommend at all.
Not very satisfied with this service on the hotel. Room cleaning was under all critics, we had to tell the staff several times ourselves to get it done. Dirty floors, plate, cutlery and glasses were left in the room and not taken out while cleaning. The smell could not get out of the room since there is no windows to open to keep it fresh. Upon check-out I was told that a teaspoon is missing from the room and was treated like I had stolen it, when it is your staff not bring a new one at cleaning. I could not leave the hotel until this teaspoon was found and solved. Train your staff instead how to take care of customers.

The room was in the need of a refurb, not up to the standard that you expected when walking into the lobby. Also the lady at the restaurant was quite sharp and not very friendly. The receptionist was lovely though and was helpful

The staff were amazing and the location is close to the airport which is convenient but the hotel room had a terrible smell, we only spent 2 nights but couldn’t wait to leave. The people were helpful and friendly and the hotel was a walking distance to waterbom

Good comfortable stay!
Great comfortable stay, clean room, big comfortable bed. Good customer service...our door key lock was malfunctioning and the service guy arrived quickly and solved the issue!

Courteous staffs,poor room acoustic and breakfast
Staffs were courteous and friendly and attented to request promptly.Stayed for 5 nights with breakfast.Buffet breakfasts were 90% same for the 5 mornings. Requested packed breakfast for 1 person for 3 of the mornings as he has to leave hotel before breakfast was ready. Packed breakfast could only be 2 slides of bread with jam/butter, a cake and an egg; nothing from buffet even when we paid for the buffet.Water pressure for shower was extremely low.Music was played at corridors from 7am throughout the day and could b heard clearly in the room; couldn’t get any sleep after 7am.During raining nights, rain could be heard dropping on zinc roof and shelter; sound like somebody knocking the wall throughout the night.Talk from next room and along corridor could be heard clearly. On some morning, there were tour group taking breakfast and there were not enough tables and chairs. Frequently there were no place for car parking or proper drop -off and one had to alight from car risking been knock down by on coming traffic; should reserve 1 carpark lot space for drop off.

Location is great, pool was great but a deep end would be good, rooms were clean , we did request two single beds but got given a Queen bed, some bleach in the bathroom would be a good idea

Great for the price
Stayed from 2-930pm as we had a red eye flight back to Australia and had been staying in canggu and uluwatu for most of our 1 month trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff were lovely and helpful, pool was refreshing and very clean with many sun lounges and day beds with a bar. Room was comfortable and clean but had a very very strong mould smell. The bed was extremely clean and comfortable. Fridge in room was handy and they also had a kettle with coffee and tea. They supplied 2 small waters which was great. Had a tv that had movie channels. Wifi in room was very slow or non existent but near pool and reception was strong was that was ok. Overall I was happy with it for the cost and close to the airport. They even gave us early check in by 30 mins which was great.

Överlag bra vistelse!
Ett bra hotell mitt på Kutas huvudgata. Inte den roligaste utsikten mot ”trådgården” men en härlig pool och väldigt nära till flertalet restauranger och minimarts. Toaletten är relativt liten men har varmvatten, ett stort plus har vi märkt i Indonesien!

We were just using this room between checking out of our villa and waiting for our plane departure. We arrived at 1.40pm and were told no check in until 2pm still no room at 2.40pm. We did get a room which seemed smaller than what we had booked, very small, no safe but nice and clean. Anyway I think they got their monies worth for our 5 hour stay.

The male staff at reception seem to enjoy subtle racism. The aircon was horrible. 16 degrees aircon seemed like 28 degrees. Room was changed after complaining thrice. Each time i was told aircon is working fine and has been checked. Overall i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Its a claustrophobic room with staff showing utter disregard towards people of colour. The location of the property is good. The staff was courteous and helpful excluding all the male staff at the reception and operator services.

Close to beach and shopping malls (walking distance). Lots of shops nearby and rooms are clean. Spa is alright for the price offered (there's 15% discount for in-house guests) but there are other options available outside. Transportation is easy by GoJek but not many knows the hotel as it's entrance is easily missed (like a shophouse).

The pool was great. Some rooms are brand new and some are old. If you get the brand new, you will be much happier ofcourse. The hotel is located in a great location.

A nice hotel but not sure I'd stay there again. Air con wasn't very efficient and vent is falling out of the wall. Pool was disappointing. Very limited room service/pool menu. Buffet breakfast didn't have much of a selection and although we paid for it up front we only ate there twice. Im not a fussy eater either. The couple of problems we had with our rooms were attended to immediately and fixed e.g. blocked bathroom sink. The staff are lovely and ever so helpful and accommodating.
