員工唔算熱情比較冷淡， 唯一見到員工最熱情嗰下就係你check out嗰陣想幫你攞行李拎貼士， 但只要你堅持自己拎唔畀行李佢哋幫手就可以唔洗俾貼士 。距離沙灘要步行十至15分鐘，附近亦有便利店同埋餐廳，有出名嘅綜合飯， 酒店內部比較舊，但整體係乾淨整潔，一岀房就係游泳池， 早餐有西式pancake或者印尼麵，生果，果汁。 check in前或者check out之後想寄存行李只係擺喺counter隔離，唔會有飛仔畀你，感覺好似好唔安全咁。

All rooms are in a U shape around the pool. Close walk to beach, waterpark and shopping malls. Daily room cleaning if you want, fresh towels daily also. Nothing negative to say about this hotel, definitely staying here again.

Although we hadn't visited for 4 years, the staff remembered us and came out to greet us. Tip: Having a late check out costs more than staying an extra night, if you book it in advance over the web.

The rooms are in a side street, so its away from loud traffic which is not easy in Bali. Also a lot of food options, laundry and massage withing a few metres. In the upper rooms you share a door and a terrace with other room. So if you're unlucky like me and they smoke in their room it comes to your room as well. Also if your neigboors decide to chat on the terrace you share it can be a bit noisy.

Hotel au top, juste la piscine a tres peu de soleil, de petite taille et 3 transats pas en bonne état. Sinom la chambre, le service l'accueil au top!! Le petit déjeuner pas bon, cher et pas de bonne qualité.. la dame qui nous sert et aigri pas de bonjour et aucun sourrir contrairement au dame de la réception qui sont elles toujours de bonne humeur. Merci a vous pour ce sejour. A coté de beaucoup de resto bar a pied.

A Month in Kuta.
I spent a month at the Hotel which included the Christmas New years period. The Hotel is dated as are a lot of the older style Hotels. The room was large enough for two people, cleaned daily with fresh towels also. Staff did a great job keeping the room clean The pool is clean and a good size. Restaraunts and bars are within walking distance and so is Kuta beach. It is what it is, a cheap no frills Hotel. Yes i will stay there again.

The hotel is fairly basic and on a side street but room is kept clean and they provide you with supplies. Cheap hotel but basic but in the heart of Kuta opposite bars etc. staff are friendly.

It's close to everything but away from the crazy busy main road. Staff are all super friendly, with a special mention for Sophie on the front desk who was fantastic, always smiling and extremely helpful. Room cleaned and bed made up, also fresh towels every day, (the sheets are not changed every day) linen and sheets are not pristine white but are clean. Room facilities were good, everything you need for your stay, and very good A/C which was not noisy at all. Not much room around the pool and only three sunbeds, but you are only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was okay, eggs anyway you wanted with toast, pancake with fruit or an Indonesian style breakfast (all cooked to order). We only paid £22 a night for a deluxe room, but got a lot for our money and would highly recommend this hotel.
