我們包住了兩房,但兩房設施不一;一房的保險櫃是舊款,另一房的保險櫃卻是全新的。一房的冰箱殘舊丶櫃門鬆脫難以關上,另一房間的冰箱則全新。然而,兩房還是有共通特點:衣掛全部生鏽(即使要求替換,送來的衣掛更殘舊更多鏽跡…)。房間食物會無故減少:試過冰箱內的酒瓶被打開、也試過放在桌面上的曲奇兩三天內少了一半!每天都會有一些日常用品漏添(如支裝水、沐浴液等)。酒店打著五星旗號,可是相關設施和服務只達三星至二星半水平。最糟透的是,我們前一天預訂酒店送機服務,還特別交代因為要早起可能會稍遲10至15分鐘,結果是遲了,但遲的原因主要是check out時店員查房時間長,但接送的司機竟對我們說不接送我們,因為我們不守時!最後,我們要求退款,司機才萬般不願的接送我們至機場,這是有史以來最糟糕的體驗,完全沒有賓至如歸的感覺還真是第一次體會到呢!

這間酒店坐落熱鬧地段,出酒店門口,街道兩旁都是不同的食店,還有我最喜愛的按摩,附近有不同收費的,我選擇門面靚靚,有很多外國人幫襯,而價錢中規,太便宜唔敢入,師傅手勢好好,每天都去不同的地段歎按摩。而這酒店是古舊,房間大,廁所又大,很舒適,早餐好多款式,食飽飽,一切很好。

First time in Bali and this hotel is excellent. Just a 15 minute drive from the hotel and a bunch of Expedia VIP vouchers including return airport, 2 x 60 minute massage, £25 worth of food vouchers and 15 items of laundry. Lovely swimming and sun bathing facilities, food is good, staff are first class and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great shopping and dining options around the hotel. We was checked in a room with a mouldy smell and also with broken balcony door, I called the receptionist to inform about this and their response was:’I will send someone to spray air refresher in the room’, after 10m the smell was back and I went down to inform again and I was approached with a rude attitude and with the following response after: “why you didn’t informed the other people before”. The most friendly staffs is the security especially Wara, other staff they are not well informed or not prepared. Not worth the rating.

This is a RIP OFF hotel. They claim to offer 'all-inclusive, covering meals, drinks and snacks and you buy that on good faith. They provide meal vouchers to a limited menu upon arrival and they provide one small water bottle per guest per day. They charge you for water/non alcoholic drinks for the rest of the day. This hotel has breached their agreement with both the consumer and Expedia, who have confirmed to me that the hotel is not allowed to charge for water for all-inclusive guests. They do not respond to emails, just completely ignore you. I had booked my Son in to end his 8 month long backpacking trip around the world. He had ran out of money, so I wanted him not to worry for the last few days and also the assurance as a Mum that he could eat and drink and not go short. I am furious with this hotel. Be very aware, even if you are not all-inclusive. This should raise alarm bells.

The room is spacious with balcony, the bathroom has both bath tub and shower. Complimentary airport shuttle is available! That saved a lot of hassle! Breakfast was decently widespread, with both Indonesian style and Western/Chinese cuisine. Nice pool area within the hotel and just less than 5 mins walk to the Kuta Beach! Plenty of food options along the streets too! Very conveniently located.
