Dear Navreet,I'm so sorry that your experience was less than expected. To my surprise, upon investigating the communications you had with the hotel staff (receptionist, housekeeping and restaurant), you did not make any complaint or have any issue with your room nor with your meals. However, I noticed that you notified the Receptionist on your 2nd day to check out earlier (because your child was sick) and you asked for a refund for the unused night. As the Receptionist explained, the hotel is unfortunately not in the position to refund but Expedia is as you paid Expedia for your hotel booking. The best the hotel can do for you is to notify Expedia for your shorter stay and hopefully they will grant your refund request.We wish your child a speedy recovery.

We are so sorry that your second stay after the New Year was not as enjoyable as with your first stay before the New Year.Firstly and secondly, our breakfast is not buffet but set menus as indicated at the time of your booking (there are 12 breakfast packages to choose). Should you have special order or need extra spices, please feel free to request to the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor ahead of time (after all you stayed for 4 nights in total and hence 4 times of breakfasts).Thirdly, we are sorry to learn that you lost a souvenir from your bag which was left in the hotel's store room as you went to Ubud for a few days. Had you made a report during your stay, we would have investigated and assisted you with the CCTV. Nevertheless, it is guest's responsibility to keep their bags properly locked (as indicated in the notice board in front of the store room) because other guests can access the room for their bags too.Fourthly, free transportation to the airport is no longer available since 3 years ago; neither it is advertised in Expedia nor the hotel's website. However, should you need a transportation to the airport, it can be organized through the hotel reception or you can directly book one of the community drivers who stand by in front of the hotel. It only costs Rp 50 K (about USD 3) unless you need more than 1 car.Fifthly, an extra toilet roll is setup by the wash basin should your roll next to the toilet bowl run out. However, should you need more, please feel free to request to the housekeeping (or simply dial 0 from your room phone).Thank you for noticing the availability of toothbrush & toothpaste as part of the complimentary amenities. They have been made available since Covid replacing sandals for hygiene purposes.
