酒店近機場，乘免費接駁車只須15分鐘，對面就是商場有超市及很多食肆。走路6分鐘就到沙灘，天朗時可觀日落，實在方便。酒店員工服務態度滿分，樂意幫忙。泳池可以游泳。餐廳早上提供自助早餐，種類豐富，味道不錯。房間清潔舒適，性價比高。

Nice Stay
We stayed at here for 4 nights. Location: closed to the airport, 10 mins walk to Discovery Mall, 15 mins ride to Galleria. Service: Excellent. They offer free pick up service from and to the airport. Environment: Room is big enough for 3 single beds. Clean and neat. Only 1 things that can be improved, which is shower room. The water temperature is a bit uncontrollable.

Great location near airport. We chose it for our last night in Bali and hotel will provide free transfer to airport. Staff & breakfast are great. However, Sound insulation is not good. a bit noisey at night which affect our sleep. But staff will provide ear plug if needed.

Nice location, near Lippo Mall and have great breakfast. Even the basic rooms are quite large. The service is very good, warm ana helpful. The hotel can use the car for free to the airport, very convenient. Overall, I will rank the hotel as 4 stars.

整體感覺良好，對面就是商場，附近還有24小時超商，早餐多樣化，還有機場免費接送，步行到庫塔海灘大概20分鐘左右，對於來峇里島遊玩是個不錯的選擇！

這是第二次住了，待8天，就是每天有BAND 演唱，時間到就停，晚上也安靜，早餐樣式多，要吃到飽也沒有問題，客服人員服務很好，有免費機場來回接送到飯店。約十分鐘車程，附近有很多便利商店，賣場，餐廳。

對面就是商場,有超市,但晚上露天廣場有live show ,直至21:00,是會比較吵,酒店有免費轉車至機場,由於是早機離開峇里,職員更為我們打包早餐,蠻貼心的,酒店附近也有按摩店

Once again, The Vira NEVER lets you down. Beautiful, clean & comfortable rooms, efficient pick up/drop of FREE service to the airport, good options for breakfast. But by and far, it’s the SERVICE. 10/10. The Vira is always my option for both the beginning and end of my Bali holiday - so will be back in 2 weeks when it’s time to go home.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Bali. The first time I stayed here was about 6 years ago, and this is my 7th time. It's not too big, but it's just the right size for a solo traveler, and there's a shopping center right in front of it, so it's very convenient. The staff are very cheerful and kind, with lovely smiles. There are no staff members who can speak Japanese, but some staff members will speak to you in broken Japanese, which makes you feel very close to them. When I stayed here six months ago, I felt that the hospitality had improved, but this time I felt that the quality of the service had improved even more. The room was also carefully cleaned. This is definitely my favorite hotel. I'll definitely stay here the next time I go to Bali.

When arriving in Bali, we stayed here one night. Their free transportation service to the vila was smooth and all the people working there were kind and always smiling. We tried the burger and BLT sandwich with avocado for dinner at their restaurant and both were very tasty. The room was simple yet good taste. I like their bed, too. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Don’t forget trying their mix omelette, which is really great. The swimming pool was small, but clean. In a word, I enjoyed our first night here. Thank you very much.

This was a really great place to stay. The hotel had a driver- Santa- pick me up at the airport. I was sent a photo so I knew who was coming . I had some complications while at the airport and Santa saved the day! I’m so grateful to him. The room was beautiful, comfortable bed. I already booked a return stay for the end of my trip here in Bali. I would highly recommend this hotel .
