"員工親切好客有禮、飯店有環保認證，房間水瓶都是玻璃瓶，而不是寶特瓶，這一點非常好。屋頂的泳池可以一邊看海一邊游泳，很舒服。在 KUTA 海灘旁，去衝浪或踩沙都很方便。洗衣設施(洗衣、烘衣)都是免費，洗衣機需要去櫃檯領 token 並自備洗潔劑才能使用。洗潔劑可以在旁邊的便利商店購買。 The staff are warm, welcoming, and courteous. The hotel holds an eco-certification, and all room water bottles are glass instead of plastic—a very commendable practice. The rooftop pool offers a relaxing swim with ocean views. Located beside Kuta Beach, it's convenient for surfing or strolling along the sand. Laundry facilities (washing and drying) are free of charge. To use the washing machines, you need to obtain tokens from the front desk and bring your own detergent. Detergent can be purchased at the convenience store nearby."
