「I really wanted to love Ayana Resort Bali but overall it was not a good experience. What disappointed me most was how stressful and restrictive everything felt. Sunbeds were extremely limited — multiple pools were already full, and we had to physically queue and stay there just to wait for one. You can’t even leave and come back when it’s ready, which honestly took away any sense of ease. Food was another struggle. There seem to be many dining options, but a lot of them only open for dinner....

「Extremely good services. Staff are all polite, helpful, considerate and nice. Especially thanks to our butler Prima. He was so helpful to solve my big problem. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It would be much better if the lighting is brighter. If there is play zone for kids, it would be even more kids-friendly, but the resort is still suitable for family with kids (as I brought along with my 1.5 year old girl). 」
