"The staff were super lovely. The complex has a pretty cafe and its own spa, we both ate and had massages which were amazing. You will need transportation to get around, we hired a scoter, which Puspa ASAI Manager, was able to organise for us. We had a great and will come back and stay."

"Expectations was not very high, but the property definetely exceed all the expectation. You get much more for the price you are spending. The area was not that far from Ocean and all jimbaran eateries, maybe at most 15 mins walk."

"Don’t be fooled by the photos - by the time we arrived at the location (after searching for it for 1 hour because the address is wrong and there are 4 addresses online), they told my guest that the room was double booked and moved her to another hotel nearby. Although that hotel was nice, it took a total of 2 hours to find and check in (finally checked in at 1am)."

"Absolument exceptionnel! Arthur est un un hôte très sympathique, très professionnel. Le logement est tout simplement digne des hôtels de luxe. Tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Les matériaux utilisés pour la décoration et construction du bâtiments sont de grande qualité. Villa spacieuse et ergonomique. Si l'on veut chipoter un peu, les matelas ne sont pas extrêmement confortables, mais l'on y dort bien quand même. Un grand merci Arthur pour ce séjour fabuleux dans le sud de Bali! "

"The property was stunning. Meticulously maintained. The cleanliness was top notch. The rooms and views stunning. Great bathroom and tub, comfortable beds. The most amazing friendly, accommodating staff. The food was great, the dining options fantastic. The pools beautiful and sparkling clean. The optional activists like the Kubu Picnic were awesome. The welcome necklace and drink, parting gift coffee nice touches. It’s expensive but worth every penny. Already planning next year! What "

"The resort is stunning! So beautiful with incredible level of detail. Food at restaurants is excellent! From Kisk which is sea to table concert to the Italian for more easy going vibes. The staff are so attentive. Could not fault them. We were not prepared for the grandeur and scale of this report! It’s MASSIVE! The trams run regular enough to get places easily. We booked the day before and stayed 5 nights at the Segaria. Which has the best vibes I think from all the hotel options. RIMBA is very far out and when we visited the pools, it was wayyy to busy and full of people. More family orientated while Segaria has an adult only rooftop pool and bar! Negative for us was that everything around the hotel is about taking photos, to a scale we have never experienced before. People only care about social media instead of enjoying their holidays. So expect to wait for others photos all the time… it’s also very expensive. Small beer is 150k when other 5 star hotels we stayed in charge 70-90k Lots of loud construction going on at the hotel. But that is pretty impossible to escape in bali Overall though we very much enjoyed our stay, the room was spotless, breakfast amazing, facilities are the best we have ever experienced! And staff so welcoming! Thank you AYANA"

"Amazing hotel. This is our third time to the Ayana group. Twice Rimba, once Ayana. It’s a beautiful hotel with incredible facilities. 24 restaurants / bars and 14 pools across Ayana. The staff are fantastic, so attentive and everyone greets you when they walk past you. Loved the tea house at Rimba, so pretty. Also liked that there was an adult pool. We received beautiful cakes with a note saying thank you for returning to Rimba which was such a lovely touch. We even got an upgrade on our room which we are so appreciative. Our only disappointment was where we were sat at the Rock bar as we weren’t near the water and were on one of the back tables. However I’ve still given 5 stars for the actual hotel. Our only regret is not staying longer. "
