"It was very clean and the amenities were excellent. Situated in a fairly quiet neighbourhood with a view of the park. It was walking distance to a shopping mall. Their staff was very helpful in every way as we needed a lot of help being non Japanese speaking. Their bath and sauna were also very well equipped. "

"The room could use a luggage rack, a safe (don’t know why there wasn’t one), body lotion and a hand towel. Only one towel? Is it really too much to ask for a bottle of water upon check-out? I only had coffee, no doughy breakfast, so I should have gotten one. The young woman in the breakfast area reminded me of a stern school mistress. She should not deal with the public. The older woman was lovely. The two front steps should have some kind of reflective tape. They could be dangerous. Would I stay there again? No. "
