Professional staff, beautiful view, clean room, convenient location

Good english speaker at reception

Service is extremely courteous and warm, with one service staff following us through the whole stay. The additional Matsu keiseki dinner is marvelous. Overall the stay here is very peaceful and comfortable.

This historic tradition Kyoto guesthouse is renovated with a very comfortable atmosphere. Staff are quite good in English. No communication problem at all. Their cuisine made of lots of fresh ingredients and good cooking technique, but I think it is a bit fusion cuisine rather 100% tradition style. It is a very good choice if you are frist time to Kyoto, but if you are a experienced Gourmet you may find the price is just fair for what you get. Especially for the breakfast, a bit...

Beautiful, peaceful even if very close to the station. Great location, great dinner and breakfast. Thanks!
