“Stay away from this property - it seems to be a scam! Despite a confirmed booking by Expedia, upon arrival at Lux Suites the Palm around 8h30pm in the evening, I was told that there was no room available. There was no manager on-site, but the security guard called someone who told him to send us away. The person on the phone said they had been fully booked since the day before and that I had to take up any issue with Expedia. We were unceremoniously sent away late in the evening in an area of……

“Our stay was fantastic Hellen and Erika went above and beyond.
Only thing we should have stayed there instead of 4 star hotel which was disappointing in comparison.
