Hotel econômico, longe do centro de Kiev.

Tinha duas reservas para esse hotel: 1 noite + 3 noites. Na primeira diária deram-me um quarto muito pequeno, em que o frigobar não funcionava, e que não correspondia às fotografias no site do Hoteis.com. Reclamei e me mudaram de quarto no dia seguinte. Quarto maior, mais confortável, com uma pequena varanda fechada, mas o frigobar apenas refrescava, havia poucas lâmpadas no quarto e não forneceram o controle do ar condicionado, ou seja, fiquei sem o ar, embora na reserva ele constasse. Durante o dia chegou a fazer 27 graus em Kiev. Pontos positivos: tamanho do quarto e cama muito confortável, supermercado próximo com boas opções de comidas prontas e bons vinhos a preços baixos. Pontos negativos: distância do centro de Kiev e das principais atraçoes turísticas, pelo menos 2 km; limpeza do quarto precária, pessoal pouco atencioso. O hotel fica num edifício residencial adaptado. Apesar do nome e das fotografias (que parecem melhor que a realidade), é um hotel econômico.

Very bad hotel for foreigners

Very unprofessional customer service. Credit cards not accepted even though the hotel states on Internet that they accept accept all major credit cards. No daily cleaning, no clean towels. Hotel charged my credit card twice even though I cancelled my reservation and moved to another hotel

Schönes Hotel in toller lage

Wir haben wirklich gut Aufenhalt gehabt. Hotel war in einem toll lage und es gibt wirklich gut Bilder in dem Zimmer.

Sehr charmantes Hotel, ein Ausflug in eine frühere Zeit. Die Einrichtung ist nicht neu und zeigt leichte Gebrauchsspuren, doch alles ist sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Preiswertes Zimmer für die Nähe zum Zentrum. Gleich daneben befindet sich eine Bar/Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Team und ausgezeichnetem Essen. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Kiev kommen, würden wir ohne Zögern dort buchen.

Unpleasant experience

It was a very disappointing experience and in fact this is my first time giving out a negative comment on a hotel, but I cannot help leaving a comment here. First, there is no lift/elavator so if you carry big suitcase, good luck to you because you have to carry yourself on stairs and that they are extremely reluctant to help you or not help out at all. After I begged a few times a staff member finally helped when I checked in but another then refused firmly when we checked out. Secondly, washbasin sink and shower sink both half blocked and water went into bedroom. After I reported the problem, no one actually showed up to repair during our 3 day stay there. Thirdly, there is no kettle so no hot water if you'd like a cup of tea or coffee. Fourthly, no hot water on one day so no shower unfortunately and they had no idea when it could be repaired. There are other disappointing areas but I think these four already caused many problems for me and my family and friends.

Nice name bad hotel

Hotel is dirty and in bad condition .Staff is lost don't know what to do .Shower water get hi in drain is blocked.They use the closet and under the beds for storage .Better go somewhere else.

Good Stay for a Bargain Price

Hotel was very cheap. (About ~€30 per night) At this price the room was very spacious and comfortable; it even had a balcony. This was a former Soviet style apartment converted into a hotel. The interior design was elegant but most of the furniture were in poor condition. In terms of location, there are various pharmacies and grocerie stores around the area; as well as being only a mile away from the beautiful Tarasa Shevchenko University and Gardens. Hotel receptionists spoke English and were very nice, but be sure to bargain if extending your stay. With that said, Hotel babushka doesn't speak English and will enter your room at around 10 or 11 to do housekeeping, regardless of if you are there or not. Overall it was comfortable and aside from some cultural shocks it's worth the price.

In rapporto al prezzo mi ritengo soddisfatto. La stanza che ci avevano assegnato all'inizio era troppo piccola secondo gli standard di un normale hotel, fortunatamente altre stanze piu' grandi erano libere cosi' ci hanno trasferito in un'altra "normale" senza nessun problema.

I first had a single room with a mattresse which was very bad - I could feel every spring and I had left the Hotel if I hadn't got a new room where there was a better matress. The safe did not work, so did not the fridge. One single room had no cupboard nor a table, the other had. However, both very small.

Bode en vecka på detta hotel, helt ok till priset. Stort rymligt rum, städningen var lite si och så under veckan men inget som störde då personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Mycket trevlig resturang mittemot hotellet där vi åt frukost och ganska många lunch.
