This hotel was well worth the price and time. The staff was highly professional, and when I needed some adjustments to my arrival time they were more than accommodating. They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer. Also, the location is ideal for quick access to local historical sites and good restaurants.

If you are standing aon the property, you will not see that's a hotel. It is near the Maidan and Metro Station.
Even a grocery market and very good tasting restaurants are nearby.

This was a great hotel with very professional and friendly staff from the front desk to the maid service, this hotel has it all...I have stayed here 4 times now and enjoy it more and more every time I come. Prices are excellent. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on ! bathroom amenities and Amazing shower. The staff make the experience by being super helpful, they speak very good English and I will for sure stay here the next time I come to Kiev. . I can say I am proud to recommend this place.

Important Review!!
I am a world traveler been to the most important cities world wide. This hotel is AMAZING. The property, the staff, the location and the price are all excellent. Many of us look and search for great deals. For example when looking for a new car you search for discounts or so. This hotel offers the same exact services and quality as brand names like Hyatt, Marriot & others BUT with way less in fees. I stayed at the Fairmont & Intercontinental Kiev. This hotel is the BEST DEAL if you are looking for a great and for an unbeatable price.The rooms are beautifully decorated. The lobby and reception are nice spaces.
The luggage man was awesome and handled every single piece of luggage.
Then comes the location of the property. It is located in the absolute heart of Beautiful Kiev. You will be within few steps walking distance to anything your heart desires weather you are a family, adults, single parent with kids, this hotel has all your needs. Our friend joined with her 12yr daughter Kiev local and she had the best time in her life bcuz location.
Finally, the amazing staff (Victoria & Tania). The 2 most amazing personalities you will ever meet. Very hospitable, respectful, educated and will make sure your stay is more comfortable than anywhere else. I cannot remember who was the manager because they were all amazing people answering any question.
I'm from Los Angeles and I wish a hotel like this will expand to the beaches of Los Angel & Miami Florida

The location is in the city center which has the very nice dancing fountain at night and quite some great restaurants nearby. Also, I would like to say big thank to the staff who helped me call a doctor to the hotel and book a dentist for me when i was quite sick in Kyiv, really appreciate the help!
