The stay was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
If you are driving, you can ask the hotel in advance about parking discount coupons.
The hotel is located right next to Amu Plaza Kumamoto, with direct access by elevator, so shopping and dining are very convenient.
In addition, the large public bath on the upper floor of the hotel is very comfortable; besides the hot spring baths, there is also a sauna room available for guests to use.
