The room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location with Time Square only a few minutes walk. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work well so it was often too warm and it was the middle of June. I had to keep calling the front desk to send someone to fix it. While the fix was only temporary, the staff did work quickly to fix it each time. Also, there weren’t many amenities, but there was a cocktail lounge with live music and a couple of restaurants in the hotel.

Excellent location, if you wanna catch an event at Crypto.com Arena and LA Live Area. Some of the rest of the surrounding area is kind of 50/50. At first, my room wasn’t ready. It was almost 5pm for a minimum 3pm Check In. Thankfully, it was handled promptly. Room, was clean and it was a fairly good size. The view was nice. I could see Crypto.com Arena and LA Live from my room. Not a bad stay

My room was small but comfy and clean, with a very good shower and sink. The staff were friendly and helpful and let me leave my luggage there while I visited the Morgan Library nearby. Easy walking distance to Penn Station. Good breakfast with Keurig coffee and croissants. Will definitely go back!
