The room service was excellent. But when I received my dinner food it was cold and my grilled cheese sandwich cheese was melted out of the bread on to to the plate. Suggestion, do not stand the sandwich halves up lay them to the side. I was very unhappy about my dinner. Other than that my stay was awesome the resort is excellent.

Breakfast was great and delicious. Close to Hakata station which is great also. It will be appreciated if extra fee for the hotel stay will be noted during the booking. Extra fee is not expensive but still it will be great if the fee is posted on their website.
