You can enjoy a spacious 5-room villa spanning 120 square meters on the upper floor, offering comfortable and beautiful furnishings. The living/dining room measures 30 square meters and features a dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system, and a DVD player. It provides access to the terrace. One room is equipped with a french bed (1 x 150 cm), a bath/WC, and a shower, also leading to the terrace. Additionally, there are two rooms, each with two beds (90 cm). The open kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and a grill, and it provides access to the terrace as well.

Amenities Included
The villa is equipped with several amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It features heating and air-conditioning systems, a terrace spanning 16 square meters, a large terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue area, and six deck chairs. Additionally, the villa offers a safe, an iron, a hair dryer, and Internet (WiFi) access. For your convenience, there is also a garage, and all windows are fitted with security grills.
