This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a bathroom with WC. Direct access from the ground floor leads out to the garden and to the terrace. The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, each benefiting from air conditioning and forced-air heating, as well as individual access to the terrace. The first double bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and features a hip bath with WC.
