Lovely house

We stayed at the house for the second time. The stay was wonderful once again. Both the beach, the pool and the area is great. We can recommend casa Viviana.

Super Urlaub

Alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Jeder findet etwas für sich, Pool, Radfahren, unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer und sogar Angeln, schöne Aussicht, Pizzeria und Casa d'Informació Mirador Badia.

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Pool

Das Haus entspricht komplett der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur denken kann. Sogar ein zweiter Kühlschrank für Getränke ist vorhanden. Die Außenanlagen mit Pool, Liegen unterm Olivenbaum und dem großen Esssplatz waren unser Lieblingsplatz. Es war alles sehr gepflegt. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war freundlich und konnte uns immer mit der ein oder anderen Empfehlung weiterhelfen. Corona bedingt mussten wir unseren Urlaub zweimal verschieben - ein Dankeschön an Herrn Roediger, der uns dies unkompliziert ermöglicht hat. 100%-ige Weiterempfehlung!!

Maison très fonctionnelle à 2 pas de la plage

Nous avons passé 2 semaines agréables dans ce quartier résidentiel à 3 mn à pied de l'une des plus jolies plages d'Ampolla. Peu de vis à vis malgré la proximité des autres villas, le grand jardin, le patio et la piscine permettent de bien profiter des lieux. Propriétaire sympathique et réactif. Attention aux lits superposés qui ne sont pas fixés donc dangereux.

Todo perfecto. La ubicación, la estancia, la piscina... No vino nadie a recibirnos pero la verdad es que tampoco hace falta. Toda comunicación con ellos, totalmente perfecta y muy rápida y cordial. Lo único a tener en cuenta que si eres de los que quiere ver la tele de vacaciones, dificil ya que no hay tdt y el satélite es para los canales extranjeros. Cosa que a nosotros no nos importó. Muy recomendable

MALA EXPERIENCIA

Buenas tardes, ¡CUIDADO! Esta propiedad no es como se describe en el anuncio respecto de sus comodidades. 1.- Al recibirnos, Tatjana, la representante del propietario, nos dijo que la calefacción por radiadores no funcionaba, y que si hiciese frío que usásemos los aparatos de aire acondicionado. Ninguno de los aparatos funciona para calor. Además, los aparatos no se apagaban, tuvo que venir un técnico a apagarlos, no pudo apagar uno de ellos y cortó los cables con el peligro que eso conlleva, aunque el anuncio no especifica que tiene calefacción por radiadores, solo hicimos lo que nos dijeron y no funcionó. Las habitaciones estában frías, usamos los radiadores eléctricos para calentarla, el resto de días tuvimos temperaturas más benébolas. 2.- El anuncio dice que la piscina es climatizada pero no es así aunque hubo sol el agua de la piscina está helada. No pudimos usarla. La respuesta del propietario fue que es calentada por el sol, por tanto no es climatizada. 3.- El exterior de la casa estaba muy sucio, parecía una casa abandonada. Después de 4 horas enviaron a un jardinero a cortar el césped y soplar el exterior que nos dejó los coches sucios. La limpieza interior dejaba mucho que desear, encontramos en el salón un bañador sucio de mujer y gafas de buceo debajo del sofá. 4.- La puerta del garage no funcionaba, luego me llamaron por teléfono para decirme como la debía arreglar, no fue difícil pero no me corresponde hacerlo a mi. Igualmente la puerta del garage no cerraba bien, queda elevada del suelo unos 10 cm. 5.- La casa tiene televisor pero todos los canales están en alemán o sea que es como si no tuviese ese servicio. Además los colores son pésimos, parece blanco y negro. No pudimos disfrutar de una película en familia por las noches, ni siquiera usamos el aparato de TV. 6.- El lavavajillas estaba roto, tuvimos que lavar todo a mano todos los días con sus noches. 7.- El desagüe de la pica de lavar y del baño de planta alta estaban bloqueados. La casa estaba lejos de estar en condiciones para ser habitada, nos proporcionó más problemas que otra cosa. Habíamos llegado con mucha ilusión para disfrutar de un buen fin de una semana santa relajados, pero ha sido realmente una experiencia decepcionante. Si no fuese por la actitud positiva de todos los que hemos ido, hubiesen sido mis peores vacaciones. No recomiendo esta casa para alojamiento y disfrutar de una estadía de relax. José Papiz

Séjour très agréable

Maison très fonctionnelle, agréable, au calme avec un coin piscine très bien aménagée avec peu de vis à vis. Un petit paradis pour se changer les idées à 200m de la plage en plus. Mr Rödiger très à l'écoute en cas de question et très disponible si on a un souci. Juste éviter de rentrer la voiture vu la hauteur du trottoir car cela peut taper fortement sur le bas de caisse si la voiture est chargée..... La région de l'AMPOLLA et du delta de l'Ebre est très sympa également. Que du positif !!!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus! Der private Pool, der Tischkicker, viel Platz, die Rasenfläche.... Die Umgebung ist sehr kinderfreundlich, eine Pizzeria ist um die Ecke sowie ein kleiner öffentlicher Basketballplatz und eine Tischtennisplatte einige Meter entfernt. Die kleine Bucht Cap Roig ist nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Es ist ein kleines süßes Dörfchen mit überwiegend einheimischen Touristen. Einkaufen kann man 5 Autominuten entfernt im Zentrum von L‘Ampolla, wo auch ein schöner Hafen, weitere Restaurants und einige kleine Boutiquen sind. Ein Auto ist schon nötig, auch wenn 4 Fahrräder in der Garage zur Verfügung stehen. Wir hatten einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub, die Jungs hatten viel Spaß!

Maison très agreable et fonctionnelle. La clim est très appréciable la nuit. La piscine est propre et l eau est chaude. Super séjour. Prévoir des repulsifs anti moustiques pour le soir.

Een mooi vakantiehuis.

Zoals gezegd. Een mooi huis,ziet er goed en verzorgd uit. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Naar ons idee zou het fijn zijn als de bedden wat royaler waren. Wij, 5 volwassenen met een normaal postuur hadden moeite met de breedte van de bedden. Het grote tweepersoonsbed was 130 cm breed en het extra grote tweepersoonsbed was 140 cm breed. De kajuitbedden zijn inderdaad waar ze voor bedoeld zijn: kinderen. Met o.a als resultaat dat een van ons de nachten heeft doorgebracht op de bank in de heel ruime woonkamer. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel blij waren we met het Dolce Gusto apparaat. En blij met de airco. Badkamer boven is heerlijk ruim. Contact met de eigenaar vooraf was prima. Alleen ging het op de dag van aankomst niet goed. Ongeveer een uur voor onze geplande aankomst in de middag, zochten we telefonisch contact met de mevrouw die ons de sleutel zou overhandigen. Dat lukte niet. Telefoonnummers bleken niet die te zijn die we via Home-away hadden ontvangen. Bij aankomst in de middag was er niemand om ons te ontvangen en wegwijs te maken. Erger nog geen mevrouw, geen sleutel. Tel. contact was niet mogelijk. Dus zoeken. Na lang zoeken vonden we de sleutel op een goed verborgen plek. We konden dus naar binnen en hadden toe de mogelijkheid contact te zoeken met de eigenaar. De mevrouw met de sleutel was er niet en kwam ook niet. Pas de vierde dag van ons verblijf, na een klacht over iets wat gemeld was aan de eigenaar, kwam ze langs. We hebben haar ook niet meer gezien. Wat betekende dat zowel de check-in als de check-out niet met haar heeft plaats gevonden, waardoor we ook geen inzicht kregen in het stroomverbruik. Het bedrag dat vervolgens in rekening werd gebracht viel dus voor ons niet te controleren. Discussie hierover met de eigenaar bleek zinloos. Maar het huis,het zwembad en de ligging ten opzichte van het fijne strand hebben er toch voor gezorgd dat we genoten hebben van ons verblijf.

Dejligt hus, god beliggenhed og super vært

Vi har lejet dette hus i 2 uger, og havde en dejlig ferie i huset og i området. Huset var meget rent, værten løste hurtigt vore udfordringer, f.eks. virkede lyset ikke i garagen. Selv om det var søndag, blev det ordnet med det samme. Meget fin service fra værten, synes vi. Vi fik løbende melding fra værten om aktiviteter og begivenheder i området, som gjorde at vi oplevede en masse anderledes steder og begivenheder. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette hus, og vil selv komme tilbage. Mvh Simon og Jette Topp

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

wunderbar eingerichtet ,toller Pool , viel Platz, alles vorhanden, tolle Terrasse um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Alles in allem top. Nicht zu vergessen die Tischtennisplatte. Sehr zu empfehlen 😊👌👍

La casa es muy bonita, espaciosa, con un jardín bien equipado con mesa de ping pong incluída y zona chill out, está muy cerca de la playa y del pueblo. No obstante, nos parece justo especificar que si hace frío, como el fin de semana en que fuimos nosotros (el que fué el 1 de mayo en que bajaron bastente las temperaturas), no hay calefacción central, hay chimenea con sistema eléctrico de circuito de aire caliente que hace bastante ruido, y estufas eléctricas que no pueden conectarse a la vez porque salta la luz, y algunas son bastante antiguas, y por lo tanto no puede calentarse la casa entera, las habitaciones quedan frías. Otra cosa que habría que especificar es que la piscina no se calienta, aunque nos aseguraran que el sistema de climatización estaba activado nunca se calentó lo más mínimo. Otra decepción, más para los niños que a los adultos, fue comprobar que la tele satelitar sólo tenía disponibles canales alemanes. Por último recordar que la electricidad se paga a parte, cosa que nosotros no nos fijamos en el contrato, quizás debería ser más visible en el anuncio. Así que en definitiva me parece una casa perfecta para pasar el verano, no en otras estaciones menos estables climaticamente.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Wir haben vom 20. Oktober bis 20. November 2016 herrliche Ferien verbracht. Um diese Jahreszeit ist das Klima 20 – 25 Grad, leicht windig, einfach einzigartig mild. Wir haben noch im Meer gebadet, sind am Meer entlang in beide Richtungen gelaufen, es ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Quartier Cap Roig mit vielen Schweizern hat eine gepflegte Infrastruktur. L’Ampolla ist am Meer entlang zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar, für den Einkauf besser mit dem Auto. Im Spar ist alles vorhanden auch am Ende der Touristen-Saison ist das Sortiment vollständig. Man lebt sehr günstig. Das Haus ist auch für Langzeitmieter sehr gut eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Betreuung vor Ort klappt von A - Z. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung auf der Homepage entsprechen den Tatsachen. Tagsüber kann man zahlreiche Ausflüge machen oder den Garten mit Pool geniessen. Die Nachtessen im Wintergarten sind wundervoll und den Tag abends im Haus am Cheminée ausklingen lassen ebenfalls. Die vier Wochen sind viel zu schnell vorbei. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer ruhigen Umgebung

Wir haben herrliche, erholsame Ferien im ruhigen Ferienhaus-Quartier in Cap Roig verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch für fünf Erwachsene Personen gross genug. Wir waren Ende Oktober 2016 dort und konnten jeden Tag Temperaturen zwischen 20 – 25 Grad geniessen. Der Wintergarten war trotzdem Gold wert, denn wenn es abends etwas kühler wurde, konnte man die Nachtessen im Wintergarten geniessen. Der Pool im Garten ist sehr sauber und einladend. Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen voll und ganz mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort überein. Nur ca. 4 Gehminuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt befindet sich eine kleine, aber sehr schöne Bucht mit feinem Sandstrand. Das nächste Dorf (L’Ampolla) befindet sich ca. 4 Autominuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Zusammengefasst, können wir das Ferienhaus für Familien, welche ruhige Ferien rund ums Haus und an einem sehr schönen Sandstrand suchen, wärmstens empfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus verfügt über alles Notwendige für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Zimmer sind zum Glück mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, so dass man auch bei sehr heissen Temperaturen schlafen kann. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung, alles ringsum sind fast ausschliesslich Ferienhäuser. Der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool ist super toll! Es hat genügend Liegen und zwei wunderschöne Olivenbäume die Schatten spenden. Essen kann man in einer verglasten Veranda, welche auch problemlos geöffnet werden kann oder an zwei grossen Tischen im hinteren Teil des schönen Aussenbereiches.

Toll eingerichtetes Haus mit grossem Garten in ruhigem Quartier

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat entsprachen den Angaben vollumfänglich. Das Haus ist stilvoll und individuell eingerichtet, der Swimmingpool perfekt unterhalten.. Der Zustand des Ferienhauses war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vor und während des Aufenthaltes wurden wir durch den Vermieter und die ortsansässige Betreuerin gut begleitet. Wir würden dieses Domizil jederzeit wieder buchen oder Freunden weiterempfehlen. Der wunderschön gelegene Badestrand Cap Roig, die romantischen Küstenwege und das nahe gelegene Restaurant Bar Pepe sind sehr empfehlenswert.
