The space
L’Aquila Home is a spacious 175-square-meter house with 4 bedrooms—2 on the ground floor and 2 on the second floor.
For groups of up to 4 people, you can rent just the ground floor, while for larger groups of up to 8 people, you can rent both floors.
The two floors are connected by an internal wooden staircase that can be closed off with a French door to ensure privacy.

Each floor is equipped with modern amenities, including a spacious living room with a 55" flat-screen Smart TV on the ground floor and a TV with an Amazon Fire Stick in the sitting area on the second floor—ideal for relaxing and watching your favourite shows.
On the ground floor, you’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, drying rack, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pots, plates, and dishes.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, allowing you to stay connected and enjoy a comfortable stay. A baby bed and a travel cot are available upon request.
