“Saw many reviews and lots of people complaining about check in. I thought to myself how bad can it really be. I’m in the hospitality industry myself. It was pretty bad. I was in Front of the building for an over an hour trying to figure it out calling their customer support (which I don’t know how much that’s going to cost me probably more than the room itself) however the room was excellent, clean, spacious and in the perfect location for everything. “Lovely clean room. I selected a single with balcony and had room 21 which was clean and fresh. Basic but functional. The bathroom is tiny with the hand basin sitting over part of the toilet so if you are a little larger it's a tight fit. Check in is a machine and ended up having to call for assistance as there was no room assigned to my booking. Next issue was it checked me in and provided a room card but no indication of which room! Quick call and sorted. The hotel advert mentions coffee……

“The room had been stylishly remodeled. It was a bit small for travelers with two suitcases to open. I was not aware that there is no staffing at the hotel and everything is done by messaging, with front door code only sent at 15:00. We had 5 people waiting at the door trying to get in after arriving by train at noon. It is a big problem if you have to carry you luggage around for 3 hours if you can't drop it off at the hotel until check-in time. We had been sent a message to supply identity……
