Unforgettable Getaway

  • The cottage is located an hour north of Mont-Tremblant resort and 50 minutes from the Mont Laurier resort , in a splendid forest in regeneration 60 years, offering a wide variety of forest types. The land is bordered by the river on three sides, which makes it impossible to get lost. It has discrete trails and a private beach (1 km hiking).

    The Red River flows quietly in this area, it is shallow. In summer you can rent a canoe or kayak and follow the river to the village of l'Ascension or Riviere-Rouge; you become part of nature.

    The cottage is recently built and offers all the necessary amenities and comfort. It is perfect to get rid of the hectic of modern life and treat yourself with a break in nature, a gift for your soul!

A Country Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had all the comforts of home. We were especially impressed by the well equipped kitchen which made our family dinners a breeze to prepare. The wooded property is huge and beautiful, with trails and spectacular views of the river. We loved the 30 minute walk down to the secluded beach, great excercise for us and our dog. If you like a private setting, surrounded by nature you will enjoy this place. We hope to return next summer!

Le chalet est très propre. Il est bien équipé. Nous avons vu des chevreuils à partir du salon. À quelques kilomètres de voiture, il y a une descente pour les canots, kayak, planche à pagaie qui permet de faire une petite descente tranquille sur la Rivière Rouge.Il y a le sentier des Sources pas très loin en voiture.

Confort et quiétude au milieu des bois

Nous avons passé 2 semaines inoubliables dans ce douillet chalet. Parfaitement équipé, bien chauffé, connecté... le bonheur pour nos deux grands ados. Les grandes baies vitrées nous ont permis de surprendre et observer la faune locale, écureuils, biches, dindons... Enfin la vue sur la rivière rouge est à couper le souffle. L’ascension à distance de marche est un ravissant village avec petits commerces. Gros coup de cœur pour ce Noël 2020 qui s’annonçait morose. Merci Ramona et Jean.

Environnement féerique!

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour! Cependant il est dommage que le chalet n est pas était chauffer avant notre arrivée. Il n y avait pas non plus plus d eau chaude car le chauffe eau était éteint. La température était de 5 degrés à l intérieur. Nous aurions aussi aimés avoir un contact humains.
