「Parfait , espace, propreté, équipement mais surtout l'insonorisation !!!」

「Location, ambience, hospitality」

「Everything is nice but only thing is my room is on the 1st floor and it’s near the road it’s a bit noisy but its not that loud.」

「Room was clean and spacious, just what we wanted for a city break. You need to taxi or public transport into the city centre. The hotel is outwith city bikes limit so can’t bike. Do not add on breakfast, not worth it. When we arrived at 9am there was near enough no food left, there were no mugs plates or cutlery and the tables that had been used earlier had not been cleared. Obviously well understaffed. We witnessed this the two mornings we stayed here.」

「Receptionist seems not very welcoming once we arrived.he was busy at private stuff..only talked to us when we tried to communicate with him. Gonna give 5 stars if receptionists can at least say Bonjour with a smile at the first time we got in the hotel. Great spacious apartment except the broken door of showering room caused leaking. 」

「Breakfast c magnifique」

「Die Unterkunft liegt gut für einen」

「Hade allt vi behövde. Man fick det man betalde för.」

「Very disappointed with the room. Upon checking into the room I found a nickel size bed bug lying on its back on the bathroom sink. After my 2nd request the staff agreed to let me change room. Curtains and bathtub plug broken. Room has not been well maintained since pre-Covid. The staffs were inexperienced except for the ladies helping at the restaurant. I would never stay at this hotel again! 」
