Sehr schönes und romantisches Hotel, guter Service, sehr nettes Hotelteam. Unbedingt gleich dazu reservieren sollte man einen Tisch zum Abendessen im angeschlossenen Restaurant Cuvee 31 mit ausgezeichneter Küche. Ein Erlebnis. Auch das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen.

Relaxed and stylish with great service

We stayed here probably about 30 years ago and enjoyed our stay and we were not disappointed with our return trip. The hotel is excellent - quietly stylish and comfortably luxurious. The relaxed staff were attentive and friendly. It was a great place to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our (adult) children. Next time we won’t leave it so long between visits!

L'Epine is a spectacular location and the hotel is right beside the beautiful Basillica. We couldn't work-out how to control the sauna and its infra-red lamps.

Wir werden wiederkommen!

Das ‚Aux Armes de Champagne‘, Hotel und Restaurant, ist ein bemerkenswertes Haus. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal. Die formale Abwicklung - Parkplatz-Zuweisung, Check-in, Extrakosten Erfassung, Check-out - ist einfach und effizient organisiert. Wir haben excellent zu Abendgegessen und gut Gefrühstückt und dazwischen angenehm geschlafen. Last but not least unser Hund hat sich auch wohlgefühlt. Wir werden wiederkommen!!

My experience unacceptable, highly unprofessional treatment my family and I experienced during our recent stay at your establishment. On our final morning, we were subjected to repeated, unwarranted disturbances starting at 9:00 AM, when the front desk receptionist called our room three separate times to wake us. During these calls, we were falsely accused of generating noise and allowing children to run in and out of our room. Furthermore, we were informed that the manager intended to evict us immediately based entirely on this unverified assumption. For the record, my party consisted of my mother-in-law, my wife, and myself. We do not have children traveling with us, nor were we responsible for any noise disturbances. Rather than performing due diligence to verify which room was actually generating the disturbance, your staff chose to harass innocent guests, leap to unfounded conclusions, and threaten eviction without cause. Because of this hostile and deeply uncomfortable environment, we felt compelled to pack our belongings immediately and cut our four-night reservation short to three nights, forcing us to scramble and secure alternative accommodations on short notice. The conduct demonstrated by your front desk staff—marked by a complete lack of professionalism, zero de-escalation skills, and baseless accusations—ruined what remained of our stay and caused unnecessary stress and a severe headache for my entire

Bardzo dobry Hotel ze wspaniała obsługą zarówno w Hotelu jak i Restauracji. Dogodnie położony dla zwiedzania Champagne. Chambre spacieuse et propre, la literie était très confortable ! Le service de l’hôtel et du restaurant sont irréprochables. Pour un week-end ou simplement pour une soirée, arrêtez-vous Aux Armes, prenez le petit-déjeuner c’est un conseil.

Magnificent hotel and restaurant

Our final and slightly self indulgent on our Europe tour and we loved it. Great outlook across a beautiful church and we had a lovely balcony with loungers and rooms are beautiful. Restaurant was outstanding and breakfast was too although despite the local produce this is way overpriced

Excellent accueil. Toute l'équipe a vraiment le sens du service, aussi bien à l’hôtel qu'au restaurant. Nous avons pris le dîner au restaurant : c'était parfait, tous les plats étaient succulents. La piscine et le SPA sont très agréables. Nous avions deux chambres magnifiques qui avaient une vue sur la basilique. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce second séjour aux Armes en Champagne. Merci à toute l'équipe. Nous reviendrons !

Prachtig hotel in een rustige omgeving. Ideale uitvalbasis om de Champagnestreek te verkennen: op 40 minuten rijden van Épernay en Reims, en op een uur rijden van Lac du Der. Fantastisch en goed verzorgd zwembad, hamam en sauna. Minigolf en tennisterein aanwezig. Ruime privéparking.

Don’t come Monday or Tuesday

Thank you Hotels.com for our huge disappointment in finding the much lauded restaurant (the main reason we came) shut on Mondays and Tuesdays. While the hotel was comfortable enough with good facilities apart from the one that really mattered, there was hardly anyone around, customers or staff, so completely lacking in atmosphere. I imagine on busy restaurant nights this might be different but we won’t be coming back to find out. Hotels.com are to blame for this fiasco, giving no warning about the restaurant closure. Had we booked directly with the hotel’s own website we would have been warned. A lesson in itself I guess.

Nice hotel with good food and very helpful staff.

We were travelling with our dog for the first time and were able to make use of the hotel's freezer to hold some of her food. Unfortunately, we forgot this when we left, but were able to collect it on our return a week later, with no problem! The staff were most helpful and we shall certainly return again, if stopping in that area.

An overall judgement

Liked it as we did 18 years ago. Found no big change. Would suggest that the new bathrooms have a walk-in shower because not everybody can climb into bathtub. Food excellent, service friendly but slow at the beginning. Would go again.
