Specious, well equiped house with gorgeous views

The house is very big, plenty of rooms all with airconditioning. The kitchen is on the first floor which makes it easy to have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the balcony with the most spectaculair view. The roof terrace is wonderful. The kids loved the big pool, even deep enough to dive. The house itself is a beautiful design. The service was also excellent. We had problems with the pool and k3homes responded very quickly and send someone over. Service is perfect. The house needs attention. The cleaning system of the pool had problems and we noticed several broken things, like the tiles in the bathroom, a whole in the sink, broken plant pots, umbrella holders. Although the house was properly cleaned the maintanance issues would probably bother very clean and tidy people. If someone spends 50k you could ask a lot more rent.
