Bruna: Beautiful house with private pool located in a quiet area

Very beautiful and welcoming house with private pool. Located in a very quiet neighbourhood, between Riells beach and Cala Montgó beach. And just a few metres from a natural area, a small forest and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen (fully equipped with basic kitchenware), the living room-dining room with access to the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The first floor has two bedrooms with a double bed in each one and a bathroom with shower. In total, 6 people can sleep in the house: in three double beds.

The accommodation has air conditioning and heating, dishwasher, washing machine-dryer and also wi-fi service included in the price. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels and items for the stay are also included.

Free parking is available in front of the house.

This accommodation is only for families. NO pets allowed.



Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours Monday to Saturday directly at the accommodation. To check in on Sunday, public holidays or outside these hours, contact the agency. Key collection point: at the accommodation. Before arrival, the contract will be signed online, a deposit will be paid as a security deposit by card (€300) and all remaining payments. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after checkout.

Bed linen is included in the final cleaning price.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking which includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel and one bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
