Single storey villa (80 m2). Situated approx 500 m from the sea front – Riells, shops, restaurants and 2000 m from the sea front –Montgó beach, shops, restaurants and 3 minutes drive from the village
Storey house:
- Lounge/ Dining
- Kitchen
- 3 doble bedrooms
- 1 bathroom with toilet
- Garage
Outside:
- 1 car parking space
- Enclosed garden 600 m2
- Terrace with bbq, table, chairs, sun beds etc..
- Private pool 3 m x 6 m with stais in the pool.
The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.
50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.
Payments will be made by card online.
The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Credit card)
The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 90 €. (cash)
Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.
Included in the price are water, electricity and gas.

Super maison de vacances
La maison est dans son jus quelques petits travaux de rafraîchissement serait le bien venus ainsi qu'un petit effort sur la qualité de la literie.
Pour le reste les prestations sont de qualité avec une superbe piscine tres agréable, une douche extérieure pour pouvoir se rincer au retour de plage et une grande terrasse parfaite pour les repas.L'emplacement est parfait

Très Bonnes vacances à l'Escala
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Cette année, il y a eu une très forte chaleur et les nuits ne descendaient pas en dessous de 25°C. Nous aurions apprécié des ventilateurs... mais nous n'allons pas nous plaindre.
