Outside the resort, 1.9 km from the centre of L'Escala, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. In the house: WiFi. Supermarket 350 m, restaurant 800 m, internet café 1.9 km, bicycle rental 1.3 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach "Platja del rec" 200 m, diving center 3.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Sports harbour 3.9 km, surf school 3.5 km, sailing school 3.5 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 1.9 km, sports centre 1 km, children's playground 2.2 km. Très bel emplacement mais nettoyage 0

Maison très fonctionnelle avec tout!!! Dommage que la clim soit présente mais non disponible. Présence de fourmis qui sont très envahissantes. On a dû faire le ménage en arrivant (sable,chaussettes sous lit,poubelles non vidées). Odeur très prenante à l'extérieur d escremants d'animaux. La maison est très bien située avec quartier très calme et proche à pied de la mer et des commerces (300 mètres environs). Literie très correcte.
