Die Wohnung ist geräumig, es ist alles vorhanden: Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, Waschmaschine sowie das komplette Geschirr, Töpfe, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschinen, Pfannen usw. waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.
