I would say excellent (five stars) because of location and the house was pretty good, but a few snags:1. No handrails in stairwell from the third floor to second2. No house handbook to tell what to do with the garbageThere are three ways of disposing of different garbage,botttles, paper and plastics, and general garbage, all indifferent locations. Only garbage itself was told to us.3. No instructions on washing machine usage. A handbook would have been great.4. Outside doorhandle is quite different from North American doors. No instruction (and it is complicated).5. No number on the house. We had to ask neighbourswhere the house was. It is actually down a laneway tothe front of the house and the driveway.6. The management people speak no English, written isdone by Google translate, person to person was difficult.7. We had difficulties with the wifi which was difficult torectify, because they answered the phone in french and we only speak english, so it took several days before itwas fixed. Ultimately we had to go to the tourist office so they could speak in french to the management peopleabout the problem.Ultimately, it is a great house for a group of people, 10minute walk to a lovely little town.Our only real instruction about the wifi was a scrap ofpaper with the password.
