“The entire staff was welcoming and respectful. This is a gem of a place. If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy the trip around town; this is the place.”

“This hotel was rated 4 stars. While the people who brought us breakfast were lovely and we appreciated it, this was far from a four star hotel. No shampoo just old half used body wash. No complete cleaning of the bathroom - a fly was left on the floor for five days, and the mattress, linens and pillows were very low quality. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the shower set up was actually dangerous with a two foot drop just past the toilet.”

“Victoria is kind and helpful and the property is a beautiful rambling half hostel but with beautifully appointed rooms and upholstered walls and a treasure of things to look at in common areas. Beautiful old buildings and grounds. Our shower ran cold to cool and was confusing to control, but it was hot and we didn’t ask about it so can’t complain too much there. Pool was also lovely and clean.”

“Estancia perfecta.”

“Perfectly clean and neat but very basic property, Food choice for dinner very limited.Breakfast buffet average to good. No coffee or tea in room. Location and parking very good if travelling by car.”

“Maravilloso!!!! Nos atendieron estupendamente. Verdaderamente vuelvo. Preocupar por Maite y el masajista. Es un chico amable, agradable e inteligente. Muy detallista!!!! Gracias!!! ”

“Great hotel. The bathroom was super clean and shower was hot and powerful. Free water everyday in the mini bar. Excellent location to get around the city. Small organic market right next door to the hotel. Very safe neighborhood .i would stay here again.”

“This is a beautiful hotel, very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The de luxe room we had was spacious and had a screened terrace. We have stayed here 3 times before and will use it again. We didn't eat in the hotel so I can't vouch for the food.”
