"Great location for Madrid airport with an airport shuttle. However, the shuttle bus only goes hourly and we had no way of knowing if this would come. We had added a message when we booked the hotel about requiring the shuttle and again before we arrived, but no response. Also, there was no way to contact the hotel as the phone either went to a recorded message or rang out!
The pool area (pool shut) was closed off and there was only a small area of Astro turf around it - with no seating and overshadowed by the building - not great to sit out in.
We checked out and asked reception to look after our bags for a couple of hours, but were directed to paid lockers. These were fine, but an added expense that we hadn’t anticipated"
