“La casa tiene un parking privado propio,piscina y un cajetín para coger y dejar las llaves. La casa está reformada,bonita,limpia y moderna. Está completamente equipada incluyendo lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas y secador del pelo. Tiene aire acondicionado/bomba de calor. Si tuviese que decir algo negativo es que no hay ascensor y que para hacer el checking hay que ir a un alojamiento que está a 1,5km y que tiene un acceso incómodo pero el alojamiento merece la pena. “As the first guests here we were blown away by the new suites and facilities. Beautiful rooms, spacious and have everything you would need, state of the art tech and interior design was lovely. The view over the marina and water was spectacular. The restaurant served beautiful food. We struggled with the language barrier a little. We need to polish up our Italian. “Mauro was a gracious and welcoming host! The property, although secluded and if driving, is on top of a very winding road, is well appointed with a patio that offers a spectacular view of Lerici. The chalet was quaint as well, located at the bottom of about 50 stairs, making trekking luggage up and down a little challenging, but everything else makes up for that! There is little wi-fi, so if that is a necessity, you may need to provide your own hot spot. ”

“Scenic hotel with amazing view. Was able to see stunning sunset from our balconies. The rooms are new and bright. Breakfast is delicious and situated in a stunning ambience. 必須注意員工有固定的上班時間。房間設備基本，有一些小驚喜，像是精油。整體佈置簡潔，空間還蠻大。旁邊就是鐵道，怕吵的可能不太適合。
房間佈置得蠻不錯，但整體來說就是民宿等級，以義大利的高昂價格來說，已經不錯，不用期待太多。”

“非常棒，服務人員非常親切貼心，我們外出玩水回來洗完澡之後，馬上就有人來幫我們清理房間，隨時保持很舒適。
