Just 200 meters from the sea, beaches, and town center, we welcome you to this beautiful, recently renovated, cozy and fully-equipped apartment located on the upper floor of a house. A lovely south/west-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The accommodation
The apartment has a private entrance and is accessed via a staircase. It consists of 3 bedrooms, including one with two 90x200 beds that can be separated or joined according to your needs, a large independent bathroom, and 2 toilets. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and a wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms also have a desk.
A spacious, fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer) allows you to prepare delicious meals for family and/or friends. You’ll also find a washer and dryer.

The neighborhood is ideally located close to all amenities and the sea. You can buy fresh produce at the market under the covered hall each week, or walk to restaurants, the supermarket, bakery, cinema, or shopping gallery. The proximity to the beach makes this neighborhood perfect for both relaxing and staying active – swimming, running, cycling along the coast, sailing, or playing tennis.
Transportation
Everything is within walking distance – the town center, sea, and beaches are 200 meters away, about a 3-minute walk. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. By car, Pornic is 10 minutes away, Saint-Nazaire 30 minutes, and Nantes 50 minutes.
