L’amabilité et le sens de l’accueil seraient les bienvenus de la part de la gérante. Inadmissible d’être considéré comme gênant et non comme client. Tarifs prohibitifs au regard de la prestation générale et de l’accueil.

Hotel Regina ist klein aber herzlich. Nah bei Geschäften und Wanderwegen. Besonders nett war der Juicer beim Frühstücksbuffet, um sich einen gesunden Obst(Gemüse)-Saft frisch zu pressen. Das Perspnal war nett und um das Gästewohl bemüht, aber halt nicht zahlreich (Familienbetrieb). Die Zimmer waren einfach aber sauber. Insgesamt nicht modern aber für einen Kurztripp vollkommen ausreichend. Der Ort liegt nett am Oberlauf der Dordogne und das Publikum ist entsprechend auf Wandern, Spa und shoppen eingestellt.

A proscrire, j'ai booker le jour même, pour une reservation le soir meme, j'ai eu la malchance d'arrivé en retard et je n'ai eu ni code d'accès, ni appel de la reception pour me demander si il y'avait un problème. Quand je suis arrivé, l'établissement était tout simplement fermé sans personne pour repondre à la porte. J'y suis retourné le lendemain et avant même d'avoir prononcé le premier mot j'ai été très mal reçu, j'ai expliqué la situation mais je me suis presque fait engueulé, il n'y a eu aucune envie de comprendre la situation de la part de la dame à l'accueil. Cerise sur le gateau j'ai été debité de 90€ et compté comme un "no show" alors que j'étais présent la veille. C'est honteux

Honteux de proposer des hôtels comme ça dur votre site. Chambre juste propre linge de lits d’un autre temps. Cuisine médiocre ( pas sauce dans les plats alors que c’était annoncé sur la carte) steak haché enfant = semelle. Pas d’alternative si un aliment ne convient pas. Très cher pour aussi mal manger. La piscine est sale, le jacuzzi n’en parlons pas : crasseux. Une surdose de chlore nous a fait une réaction cutanée allergique !!! Petit déjeuner facturé alors que non pris ! Sur votre site il était marqué petit déjeuner non compris !!!! Une honte

Séjour de 2 nuits. Endroit parfait pour rayonner dans la région. La literie était très confortable. La piscine est très bien pour se délasser en fin de journée. Le dîner était très bon. C'est dommage que le petit déjeuner soit un peu "juste" par rapport à son prix

Hôtel très agréable. Ce fut court pour nous, donc pour avoir un vrai avis. Nous n'avons pas pu tester le restau, arrivés trop tard, mais les responsables nous avaient conseillé pour manger en ville. La piscine est vraiment petite et un peu froide. Et nous avions pris une chambre de trop, sachant que les 2 chambres avaient chacune une seconde pièce avec un lit 1 place. Rien à redire sur la gentillesse.

Dommage, vraiment dommage.

Hôtel bien situé mais il a mal vieilli. Le service et les prestations sont à revoir. Dommage car la piscine est sympa!!! Nous sommes enclins à ne pas y revenir.
