“My family and friends very much enjoyed out stay in the Montreux Holiday Home hosted by Emma & Guillaume. We appreciated the communication leading up to our stay along with the organized instructions and recommendations during our visit. The home was beautiful and modern as described. It comfortably fit our family of 4 and our 2 friends traveling with us. The views were stunning with many enjoyable sights including Old Town Montreux, the Chillon Castle, and the Lavaux Vineyards. “We had a lovely week in this compact but well equipped and organised apartment.The views are spectacular and it was great to be able to sit and watch the lake changing at different times and in different weather.Within walking distance of the station, we used the train every day to visit nearby locations without the hassle of trying to find somewhere to park (the Lavaux Transport Card provided by our host was invaluable)Our host Queein was delightful and on hand if we needed anything.If we were……

“This was a great VRBO for us. The house was just as expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a pleasant walking distance from the train station and the downtown area that had many great restaurants. Murten was a perfect hub for our trip. We explored a lot of the Bern area and it was so nice to return to quiet Murten. We spent our mornings exploring this beautiful town and our evenings enjoying the wonderful restaurants. Easy check-in and out and great communication.……

“Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber, es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage war perfekt und der Ausblick wunderschön. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, sie hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.”

“Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand……
