“Everything went pretty smooth. I stayed for 2 weeks. Got to the hotel and got checked in fine. The room was neat and in good condition. Got a free bottle of water from room service everyday. The lady who cleaned the room everyday did a good thorough job. Staff at the hotel was friendly and respectful. The hotel is quiet during the day and night despite being centrally located. “It was great. I had a room that had kitchen facilities. It was spacious and convenient. It was unusually cold,so I got an extra blanket. The staff were sharp and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent.”

“This is a condo-hotel. Everything was fine but they are not registered with the government as a hotel, and this means they cannot exempt tourist of the 19% IVA tax as a regular hotel does if you show a foreign passport and pay with a foreign credit card. But 19% of about $80 is only an additional $16. It’s still very affordable and the breakfast buffet was very good and included in the price. ”
