「Had to slept over the floor rather than the bed because this hotel has No air con under the weather with temperature above 35 degree. Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. The hotel looks very organized in all aspects but in the reality does not care guests much from service perspectvie 」

「Unterkunft hätte saubere sein können (der Standventilator war unglaublich staubig, in der Dusche Schimmel in den Fugen). Das absolut Schlimmste hingegen war das Bett, eine unglaublich unbequeme Matratze und die absolut billigsten Kissen dazu. Und zu guter Letzt waren die Batterien der Fernbedienungen leer, TV schauen bei Schlaflosigkeit war also auch keine Option. Küche aber gut ausgestattet (nur wäre es das Minimum, dass es einen frischen Schwamm dazu gibt, anstatt den alten…). 」

Literie confortable, cuisine bien équipée, lits déjà faits et nécessaire pour le séjour (gel douche, shampooing, savon pour les mains, liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchons…). Une très belle vue depuis le salon. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !」

「A great chalet in Morzine. Generous sized rooms, comfy beds and great communal facilities including the hot tub and sauna made this the ideal base for a weeks skiing. Super close to the free D bus to get to the lifts and stunning views over the town, particularly pleasant to watch the torch parade and fireworks on Thursday night.」

「The perfect family apartment for our 2 young children, aged 4 and 2 and 4 adults! The ideal location in Saint Jean D’aulps at the bottom of the ski lift and next to restaurants, shops and the ski hire. we wanted somewhere convenient, modern, tidy and comfortable to make skiing as easy and enjoyable for our toddlers and the apartment truly delivered. we couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in saint jean d’aulps or just plan to take a family skiing....

「Never stay there. The "queen" bed is a double. There is no A/C - only a fan. Street noise is terrible. Check-in is a hassle. No maid service during your stay. 」

「This is a lovely property in a good position. Easy to walk to shops & restaurants. Easy to park. The kitchen has everything you need and more (including two fridges). What was exceptional was the communication. The host answered every question almost instantly and was extremely helpful. I would recommend and look forward to visiting again.」

「Le studio est vraiment top, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Chalet Arnica. Tout est bien pensé, agencé. Tout le nécessaire est à disposition. Propre et confortable. Au calme parfait la nuit. Le parking est pratique et la terrasse sécurisée avec les enfants. De plus on profite d'un vue imprenable sur Morzine. L'accueil des propriétaires et leur gentillesse est à souligner 🙏💖 Nous avons adoré notre séjour et y reviendrons volontier. Merci」
