「We really enjoyed our stay in this 1920s art deco property. It wouldnt be for everybody as it is quite quirky. If you are a lover of chain hotels this hotel is probably not for you. Are room was on the second floor facing the park and beautiful waterfall. The only window is in the bathroom which has a glass door so some light comes through. 「If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...
