「My experience was last minute booking, as the hotel I was staying at could not extend me an extra night. Everything from checking in, to getting my room early was great! Room was clean and got everything I needed, plus a marvelous view of the Centro Botín and Paseo Pereda from the 8th floor. I had to leave the next day to the airport on the first flight out, they called a cab and it was there within 5 minutes. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.」

「We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We were here for 4 nights. Our room was very spacious. We had a balcony that faced the water, but it was a standing balcony. You could not have any chairs out there. The views were spectacular and the hotel is very well maintained. The only complain I have is that it is advertise that they have a spa and they do not have a spa. It closed during Covid and never opened. Also, there is no pool. Our days at the hotel at the time the temperature was extremely hot in...

「Such a lovely building. Lots of traditional features but rooms are modern, clean and fresh. Our room had a small balcony, one of two in the hotel. Most attractive restaurant and courtyard. It has a gastro dining experience and the restaurant seemed very popular with local visitors but plenty of room.
