The hotel is ok, is run as a family business. Carlo’s the owner’s son tried to give the best service, but his mother works hard to make it difficult for him and the guests. Jose Manuel, an employee that works the morning shift is very friendly and does more than asked to help and overcome the hurdles with the old “sweet” lady. The Internet service is super bad. If you just need a room to sleep is a great hotel, but only for a night o two.

The bed was AWFUL. Worst sleep we’ve had in a very, very long time. They MUST replace the beds. I’d guess ours was 10 years old or more. It’s takes time to create such a terrible texture and such a pronounced depression in the center. We knew it wouldn’t be a fancy hotel of course, since it was so inexpensive, but we DO expect a minimum level of quality that this hotel did not meet. Only stay here if price & convenient location are your sole concerns.

Por suerte para mi y mi pareja no llegamos a hospedarnos nunca en en este hotel. Realicé la reserva con varias semanas de antelación a través de Expedia (otros que no valen para nada), con opción a que el pago se realizaría a la llegada al hotel. El mismo día de entrada, con checkin a partir de las 12:00, me cosen a llamadas varias horas antes y cuando consigo llamarles me dicen que ya le han dado mi habitación a otro cliente. Les digo que el pago se realiza la entrada, como estipula en la página de Expedia donde realizo la reserva, y ellos me dicen de forma absolutamente impropia que no, que como no contesté al teléfono ya le habían dado mi habitación a otro. En fin, gracias a esto no pudimos ir, probablemente mejor.

La habitación no tiene aire muy incómoda hay que dejar las ventanas abiertas entonces el ruido de la calle no te deja descansar, la ropa de cama y almohadas con olor a usado, baño estrecho y con mal olor, la bañadera tupida, en fin no lo recomiendo

Schöne Lage, leider zu hellhörig

Die Räumlichkeiten sind leider komplett hellhörig. Wenn im Nebenzimmer jemand geduscht hat, war kein Schlafen möglich. Kommunikation war sehr schwierig, da kaum Englisch gesprochen wird. Pluspunkt ist definitiv die Lage direkt am Strand. Das Zimmer war schön groß mit genügend Schrankplatz zum Auspacken.

Fujam desse hotel enquanto é tempo.

Reservamos um quarto de frente para o mar COM AR CONDICIONADO, com umas fotos lindas. Recebemos um quarto horrível, de frente para o mar, mas SEM AR CONDICIONADO, com um ventilador super barulhento. O pessoal do atendimento variou entre mal humorados, grosseiros e cínicos. Para eles está tudo certo anunciar um serviço e não oferecer. E ficam aborrecidos quando você reclama. Nem bom dia dão ou até logo dão. Nunca fomos tratados com tanta falta de cortesia por um hotel. E nós viajamos muito.

Lo único bueno del hotel la ubicación. Hice la reserva y el correnpondiente pago de una habitación con vistas al mar y me dieron una con vistas a un callejón, diciendo que era mejor que la que la que tenía vistas. Ni siquiera era verdad, era bastante más pequeña y había que subir por las escaleras, ya que el ascensor (un montacargas) no subía hasta el segundo piso.

Lo malo que pasaron la tarjeta de crédito antes de que llegara al hotel, en la web te sale que si no vas al hotel te cobran 1 noche me parece perfecto pero el caso es que pasaron la tarjeta por importe a las 4 noche como si una tarjeta que puedo controlar el crédito por eso me si cuenta. El caso es que si no vas te cobran igual todas las noches y luego reclama...

Expérience décevante: une chambre pour deux adultes avait été réservée, or la chambre allouée était minuscule et équipée d'un lit de 1,30 m . Pour obtenir une chambre correcte avec un lit aux normes, il a fallu parlementer, la direction estimant que le prix réglé via hotel.com n'était pas suffisant !!!!
