"Great location, near presidents house: local White House and Central Park , national museum, with a lot of landmarks to take a look as well as photos. It is one of the most safe areas in Haïti. And the owner is resourceful and helpful. An associated taxi driver named Gustana is very good and reliable. He will help you find the bus from Haïti to Santo Domingo. Perhaps I am one of the first Chinese tourists who take bus to Dominican Republic. "

"This hotel is only pieces of bricks and mortar on the ground. I was disappointed and frustrated that Orbitz is still carrying this place on their website for people to book. Only a security guard and another guy were on the property. No manager or anyone in charge. I had to fend for myself to find another hotel of which there were none close by. Complete disaster."

"Gonaives does not have many options for tourists. However, this hotel was very clean and comfortable! The room was spotless and smelled clean, had a full bath, tv, and AC. The hotel had working wifi. The only issue with the hotel itself is that it is dated, but that's the case with many hotels and is nothing more than a visual criticism. The person at the front desk also did not really speak French, only creole. Which was fine because we had a Haitian driver, but could maybe pose a problem to...
